6. Complete & correct information while fill up the Online Registration Form.

To Attend Exam

1. All those students studying in class 10th, 11th, 12th Science (GSEB, Guj./Eng. Medium) for BOARD, GUJCET & (CBSE) for NEET, JEE (Main) exam aspirants in academic year 2016 -17

For Rank & Prize

1. All those students studying in class 10th, 11th, 12th Science (GSEB, Guj./Eng. Medium) for BOARD, GUJCET & (CBSE) for NEET, JEE (Main) exam aspirants in academic year 2016 -17
2. Student need to attend all Test (3 Subject x 3 Test = 9 Test)
3. To eligible for Rank 1 minimum 90% marks, Rank 2 minimum 85% marks and Rank 3 minimum 80% marks is required (for each category’s exam)
4. Final Rank will decide on Total marks of all 9 Test & First cum first basis (Maximum Marks in Minimum Time)
5. Student/Parent need to submit photo copy/scanned copy of (a) Main Exam’s Receipt (10th, 11th, 12th, BOARD, JEE Main, GUJCET, NEET (b) Student’s Photo Id (given by School) (c) Parent’s Photo Id with Address proof to support@smart-guru.com and courier the same (If student is eligible for Prize of Final Rank 1, 2, 3)

Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to www.smart-guru.com‘s other rights under these terms and conditions, if user breaches or intends to breach the terms and conditions in any way, www.smart-guru.com may take action which is appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending their access to the website, prohibiting them from accessing the website, blocking computers using their IP address from accessing the website, contacting their internet service provider for requesting them to block their access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against them.

Law and jurisdiction

Refund and Cancellation

You must notify us within a reasonable period (24 Hours) of time of Registration OR use of Online Mock Exam. If you fail to notify us within a reasonable time (24 Hours), we will have no liability to you. As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products/ services which the users have purchased or subscribed to. Once a product/service has been purchased by the user, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. No refund will be made under any circumstances after joining the Online Mock Exam of any Category.
2. It is for the user to see whether he/she is eligible for a certain Online Mock Exams or not. www.smart-guru.com’s SMART TEST 2017 Online Mock Exam does not holds any responsibility if a user’s admission form is rejected by the examination controller body (main entrance examination) or the user does not clears/qualifies the respective examination he/she may be preparing for. Such a user cannot claim a refund of the whole or any part of the fee he/she has paid.
